Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again after that.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, SecureSend is a digital service that we begin supplying to you immediately — the moment you seal your first file, you are using the service. By sealing a file within the 14-day period, you expressly consent to immediate supply of the service and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once the service has been used, in accordance with those Regulations. If you subscribe but do not seal any file within the 14 days, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Refunds for service failure

If the service fails to work as described through our fault — for example, a fault on our side prevents a sealed file from ever being opened within its expiry window — contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will review the circumstances and may issue a pro-rata refund or credit at our discretion. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded.
