Acceptable Use Policy

SecureSend is built for legitimate one-time file handovers. Because we deliberately never see file contents, we rely on this policy — and on suspending access keys where we reasonably suspect abuse — to keep the service usable for everyone.

You may not use SecureSend to

• Send illegal content of any kind, including material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or any file designed to damage, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to a system.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person.
• Use the optional delivery feature to send spam or unsolicited messages. Delivery is limited by design — one send per file, using fixed message templates, with no way to trigger repeat or bulk sends to the same or different recipients.

Enforcement

We may suspend or revoke access keys, without prior notice where necessary, where we reasonably believe they are being used to violate this policy. Suspension is based on the metadata and signals available to us (see our Privacy Notice for what that is) — we do not and cannot inspect file contents to make this determination.

Reporting abuse

If you believe SecureSend is being used to send you or someone else illegal or abusive content, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Include as much detail as you can (the link you received, timestamps, and the nature of the concern) so we can investigate.
